Our Intermediate IT Service delivers expanded technical support for small businesses and individuals needing more comprehensive assistance than a basic session. This package is tailored for moderately complex issues and short-term improvements, and includes:
One 90-minute remote support session to troubleshoot software, connectivity, or system configuration issues and to perform guided changes.
Comprehensive antivirus and security scan with removal of common malware, adware, and PUPs (potentially unwanted programs), plus basic hardening recommendations.
Email and account setup or troubleshooting for up to four accounts, including IMAP/POP/Exchange configuration and common client troubleshooting.
Device performance optimization: disk cleanup, startup optimization, defragmentation (where applicable), and installation of critical software and OS updates.
Basic network support: Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, SSID/channel optimization advice, and assistance with router/modem configuration for home or small-office setups.
One-time assistance configuring a cloud backup solution (user must provide account credentials) and guidance on backup policies and retention.
Assistance with file organization and transfer of up to 10 GB of user data between devices or to cloud storage (subject to upload bandwidth and account limits).
Documentation of work performed, security recommendations, and a prioritized list of next steps for longer-term improvements.
Not included: hardware repairs, extended projects or migrations, advanced network or server design, on-site visits, managed services, or ongoing maintenance contracts — these can be quoted separately.
